Q) What ingredients are used in your products?

A) We use only Natual Pork Lard, Coconut Oil, and 100% Grass Fed Beef Tallow in all of our products. Plus, enough water and lye to turn it into soap. nothing else. We do have more than one recipe, and each listing under the shop page represents a different recipe.

Q) Why does my soap smell like Onions or Wet Dog?

A) Our product is a pure and natural product with no added fragrances of any kind. It can take on the smell of whatever you just handled. Especially if it has a strong odor. Such as onions, or if you just pet the dog. As the old saying goes Wash, Rinse, and Repeat. After you’ve burnished away a few layers, you’ll find yourself right back to the natural smell of the soap. which we think smells like doughnuts. Due to the fats and oils used to make it. The fact that it’s able to draw off a strong smell is a good sign. A decent soap should draw unwanted germs and orders from your skin and wash them down the drain.
